In the heart of Toulouse’s historic centre, Maison Saint-Pierre was born from a renovation project carried out with passion and a commitment to excellence.

As architects by profession, we designed each space with the desire to preserve the soul of the place while bringing it the comfort of today. Every choice has been carefully considered down to the smallest detail: the volumes, the light, the materials, the equipment, but also the overall atmosphere that invites calm and well-being.

We have chosen a sustainable approach, combining traditional craftsmanship with contemporary solutions.

The renovation work was carried out using high-quality materials, selected for their performance and low environmental impact: bio-based insulation, natural materials, energy-efficient equipment, underfloor heating, water filtration, ceiling fans and mosquito screens, allowing you to enjoy comfort throughout the year.

We have also paid particular attention to the choice of furniture and fittings. Some pieces have been sourced from antique dealers, restored or repurposed to give them a new life, always seeking a balance between history, design and functionality.

Maison Saint-Pierre is also the result of a collaboration with local artisans who have supported this transformation with their expertise and passion.

Each contribution has helped create a unique place, where the quality of the materials and the attention to detail can be felt every day.
